HR Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised HR Operations Coordinator to support the full employee lifecycle at Lakeland Dairies. You will be at the centre of our HR function, ensuring data accuracy, seamless payroll and benefits processing, and compliance with legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and support HR systems such as MyHR (Employee Central & Recruitment), Time & Attendance, DocuSign, Concur and pension platforms.
• Validate, audit and cleanse employee data, ensuring GDPR‑compliant management.
• Coordinate onboarding, contract changes, probation reviews, family leave, absence tracking, fixed‑term contracts and off‑boarding.
• Prepare offer documentation, manage pre‑employment checks and produce recruitment reports.
• Provide data for payroll, pension enrolments and annual scheme renewals.
• Maintain electronic employee files, process HR forms, invoices and liaise with pension providers.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure HR activities align with company policies and employment law.
• Act as the primary point of contact for HR system and administration queries.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and high level of organisational skills.
• Experience working with HR information systems and data governance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder support.
