About the role
Our client, a growing biotech company based in Dublin, is looking for an HR Business Partner to work closely with the Chief People Officer. The role blends strategic partnership with hands‑on HR delivery, supporting the organisation through its next phase of scale.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business goals and coach managers on performance and engagement.
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and corporate roles, enhance employer branding and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Design and deliver onboarding programmes, set clear role expectations and drive early performance alignment.
- Act as trusted advisor on employee relations, support performance management and ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation.
- Manage structured off‑boarding, conduct exit interviews and provide attrition insights.
- Support the CPO in scaling HR processes, contribute to analytics, and participate in DEI, performance frameworks and leadership development initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist, preferably in biotech, life sciences, tech or a fast‑growing organisation.
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
- Hands‑on experience managing the full talent lifecycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding.
- Experience thriving in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
- Relevant HR qualification (e.g., CIPD).
