Human Resources Coordinator (Hybrid, 18-Month Fixed Term)

About the role

We are looking for an organised and detail‑oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join a well‑established Dublin‑based organisation on an 18‑month fixed‑term contract. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across the HR function in a hybrid working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft employment contracts, amendments, offer letters, probation letters, salary change letters and other HR documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support the monthly payroll process, including data input, validation and query resolution.
• Maintain employee data in Workday and ensure it is up‑to‑date.
• Prepare HR reports such as absence, headcount and mandatory training.
• Respond to employee and manager HR queries and manage the Workday inbox.
• Assist with annual HR processes and projects, including performance reviews and system testing.
• Provide general HR administrative support and contribute to ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience drafting employment contracts and HR documentation.
• Previous payroll administration or support experience.
• Good understanding of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
• Degree in HR, Business or a related discipline; CIPD qualification advantageous.
