Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious HR Coordinator to join a fast‑moving, globally‑focused organisation headquartered in Ireland. Based in North Dublin, you will work in a 50/50 hybrid model supporting the full employee lifecycle and contributing to best‑practice HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a core member of the HRIS implementation team, ensuring data accuracy and producing insight reports.
• Partner with hiring managers on recruitment and lead seamless onboarding and induction for new joiners.
• Collaborate with the payroll team to maintain employee records for weekly/monthly processing and assist with pension administration.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries, advising on policies and supporting employee‑relations matters such as disciplinary, grievance, investigations and note‑taking.
• Support employee‑engagement initiatives, coordinate with the EAP provider and help promote a positive workplace culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of HR experience in a fast‑paced environment (FMCG experience desirable).
• Level 8 third‑level qualification, preferably in HR or a related business discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and experience assisting with employee‑relations cases.
• Proactive, resilient and comfortable navigating change while balancing multiple priorities.
• Valid Irish driving licence.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms such as CoreHR, Workday or TMS.
• Experience participating in HRIS system implementations.
