Human Resources Generalist – Aviation Leasing

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Human Resources Generalist to support comprehensive HR operations for a leading global aviation leasing company in Dublin. The role blends hands‑on payroll and benefits administration with employee relations, HR reporting, recruitment support, and the delivery of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Administer payroll processing, tax reconciliation and benefits renewals.
• Provide day‑to‑day employee relations support and resolve HR queries.
• Prepare HR reports and analyse people data to inform business decisions.
• Assist recruitment teams with onboarding, off‑boarding and coordination of hiring activities.
• Drive DEI programmes and support employee wellbeing initiatives.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and support internal HR audits.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of HR experience, preferably with strong payroll and benefits exposure.
• University degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to engage with staff at all levels.
• Adaptability to evolving business needs.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
