Human Resources Generalist – Dublin (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Generalist to join a leading public sector organisation in Dublin. Reporting to the HR Manager with a dotted line to the Chief People Officer, you will play a key part in strengthening HR processes, culture and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Employee Relations Manager and CPO in enhancing the HR function aligned with organisational values.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR technologies, processes and data workflows.
• Lead and support HRIS projects, producing and analysing reports, metrics and dashboards.
• Participate in end‑to‑end recruitment and selection campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR‑focused role within the public sector, semi‑state or professional services environment.
• HR certification or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• Proven ability to work within an HR team supporting recruitment, policy, performance and learning & development.
• Generalist mindset with a strong focus on systems, data and reporting.
