Human Resources Generalist

About the role

Sanmina Fermoy is seeking a proactive Human Resources Generalist to support its fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will work closely with the HR Manager to deliver recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and benefits services while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment and selection for all levels, aligning with site talent strategies.
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and manage exit interviews.
• Provide advice on performance management, investigations, grievances, bullying and harassment cases.
• Maintain employee benefit programmes and support the MPSTOR software division.
• Organise company events, contribute to the company magazine, and produce monthly management reports.
• Maintain the employee database and negotiate service agreements with resourcing partners.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation, quality standards, and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Level 8 degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• CIPD qualification preferred or in progress.
• Strong project and change management capabilities.
