About the role

Join the Mediolanum HR team as a Human Resources Generalist, supporting over 200 employees in a fast‑moving, high‑performing environment. You will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end HR services, ensuring compliance with Irish employment law, and driving continuous improvement through technology and process optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, delivering a consistent experience for current and prospective staff.
• Partner with managers as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and policy application.
• Lead core people processes such as probation, performance reviews, and employee‑relations casework.
• Own payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accurate monthly processing and seeking automation opportunities.
• Design and manage onboarding programmes to create a positive new‑hire journey.
• Support learning and development initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and contractual documentation in line with evolving legislation.
• Manage HRIS platforms, ensure data integrity, and use analytics for decision‑making.
• Contribute to HR projects and strategic initiatives that enhance operational excellence.

Required profile
