Human Resources Manager – Senior Leadership Role in Dublin

About the role

This senior HR position will partner with senior leadership to shape and deliver the people strategy of a fast‑growing retail organisation in Dublin. You will be a visible leader driving talent, culture and organisational change during a period of expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Act as strategic HR partner to senior and operational leaders.
• Lead delivery of the people strategy, talent acquisition, succession planning and leadership development.
• Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations, investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Support organisational design, workforce planning and change‑management initiatives.
• Analyse HR metrics to inform business decisions and ensure compliance with Irish employment law.
• Oversee performance management, onboarding, learning and development programmes.
• Develop innovative HR projects that improve employee experience and business performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience as HR Manager, Senior HR Business Partner or equivalent.
• Strong background in retail, FMCG, hospitality or other multi‑site, fast‑paced environments.
• Deep knowledge of Irish employment legislation and employee‑relations best practice.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and align people initiatives with commercial objectives.
• Experience in talent management, succession planning and leading organisational change.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent preferred.
