Human Resources Specialist – Hybrid (Dublin/London)

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to support our CITO function and European teams. The role is hybrid, based in either Dublin or London, and offers the chance to work in a fast‑paced transformation environment while gaining exposure across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day HR operations and manage employee updates in SuccessFactors.
• Process promotions, salary changes, team restructures and coordinate with payroll and managers.
• Assist with employment contracts, documentation, and core HR processes.
• Support performance and compensation cycles, workforce planning, and employee relations administration.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to drive recruitment, onboarding, and probation tracking.
• Track mandatory training, support learning, wellbeing, health & safety and occupational health coordination.
• Produce and analyse HR reports, dashboards and provide data‑driven insights.
• Act as a trusted HR contact, deliver communications, and contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of HR experience with a solid understanding of recruitment, talent management and employee relations.
• Comfortable working with HR information systems and handling confidential data.
