Hygiene Operator – Night Shift

About the role

Join Sofina Foods as a Hygiene Operator on the night shift, playing a crucial part in maintaining a safe and clean production environment. You will work on an 8‑hour shift, five days a week, ensuring that all areas meet the highest standards of food safety and product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean production lines, including removal, cleaning, and re‑assembly of belts and parts according to cleaning instruction cards.
• Clean machine components, walls, floors, ceilings and other surfaces following set procedures.
• Work across various zones such as boxing, chill rooms and freezers, adhering to the cleaning schedule.
• Follow all SOPs, safety guidelines and quality procedures without deviation.
• Complete checklists and workflow guidelines accurately.
• Collaborate with Quality and Production teams to achieve required hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Ability to communicate in spoken English at a reasonable level.
• Well‑organised with the capacity to follow structured processes.
• Strong team player with positive interpersonal skills.
• Quality‑focused, detail‑oriented and results‑driven.
