Information Security Analyst – Dublin

About the role

We are looking for an Information Security Analyst to join our Dublin team and support day‑to‑day security operations. Reporting to the Information Security Manager, you will handle ticket resolution, monitor alerts and help investigate and close security incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and improve processes to combat cyber threats and align with ISO‑27001 and NIST standards.
• Identify malicious behaviour, conduct incident investigations and determine root causes.
• Monitor, detect and analyse potential intrusions using SIEM/SOC tools and advanced analytics.
• Contribute to automation, security awareness campaigns and the implementation of technical controls.
• Document risks, threats and corrective actions, and support vulnerability management and risk assessments.

Required profile

• Degree in a technology‑related field (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science).
• At least 3 years of experience in information or cyber security.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and follow Agile or standard project‑management methodologies.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO‑27001 and NIST security frameworks.
• Experience with SIEM tools, EDR/XDR platforms and security incident investigation.
• Hands‑on experience in vulnerability management, cloud security and email security solutions.
• Familiarity with penetration testing tools, vulnerability scanners, identity management and mobile device management.
• Ability to automate recurring security tasks.
