Information Technology Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Level 2 IT Support Engineer to join a global technology team within a highly regulated medical‑devices environment. You will provide advanced support, act as an escalation point for complex issues, and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1‑3 support for Windows 11, macOS, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune and Active Directory.
• Manage endpoints, device lifecycles and security compliance.
• Drive patching, incident response and continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Act as a key escalation point for complex technical problems.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, security and application teams to ensure a seamless, secure IT experience.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in IT support or technical services.
• Proven Level 2 support experience in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Exchange.
