Infrastructure & Information Security Manager

About the role

The Infrastructure & Information Security Manager will define and execute HRI's infrastructure and information security strategy, ensuring secure, resilient, scalable, and efficient technology services across the organisation. The role combines hands‑on technical leadership with strategic planning, governance, and advisory responsibilities to senior executives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement an enterprise infrastructure strategy and multi‑year technology roadmap.
• Lead the management of servers, virtualisation platforms, cloud and SaaS services, storage, backup, corporate networks, end‑user computing, and identity & access management.
• Ensure high availability, resilience, scalability and performance of all infrastructure platforms.
• Manage disaster recovery and business continuity planning for critical systems.
• Oversee infrastructure monitoring, patching, upgrades and lifecycle management.
• Drive cloud transformation, standardisation, automation and operational‑maturity initiatives.
• Align infrastructure investment with business priorities, security requirements and long‑term scalability goals.
• Provide governance, vendor management and regulatory compliance oversight.

Required profile

• Senior technology leader with proven experience managing enterprise infrastructure and information security.
• Strong strategic planning, governance and advisory skills for executive stakeholders.
• Experience in budgeting, financial management and people leadership.
