Inside Sales Specialist – Music Licensing

About the role

CPM Ireland is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join a dynamic team that represents a leading Music Licensing Body. Working hybrid from our head office, you will generate sales and leads across SME and Enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Sell music licences by contacting potential business customers and explaining the service.
• Proactively engage customers over the phone using self‑generated leads or existing call/customer files.
• Achieve and exceed agreed KPI targets.
• Manage your pipeline and maintain accurate, secure data in the CRM.
• Plan and structure daily activity to maximise prospect volume.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines.
• Provide customer feedback and industry insights.
• Research new and existing products/services of the Music Licensing Body.

Required profile

• Inside/tele‑sales or lead generation experience.
• Familiarity with the Irish business landscape.
• Experience with outbound calling, lead management and CRM systems.
• Proven track record in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Strong IT competence, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and update systems in real‑time while on calls.
• Result‑oriented, self‑motivated and continuously seeks performance improvement.
• Positive mindset, teamwork orientation and strong communication skills.
• Analytical judgement to prioritise opportunities and take ownership of performance.
