Insurance Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Dublin City Centre. You will sell motor, home and travel insurance to members and customers through inbound and outbound calls, benefiting from industry‑leading training and clear career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell motor, home and travel insurance products via phone.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
• Handle objections confidently, close sales and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Work collaboratively within a high‑performing team.
• Maintain standard 8‑hour shifts Monday‑Friday and occasional Saturday shifts (1‑2 Saturdays every 4 weeks, 10 am‑3 pm).

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a sales role, preferably in a contact‑centre environment.
• Proven record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and resilience when handling objections.
• Positive, results‑driven attitude with adaptability and teamwork.
• Insurance qualifications (APA/CIP) are a plus or willingness to obtain them.
