About the role
We are seeking an ambitious Intellectual Property Lawyer with 3‑6 years post‑qualification experience to join a leading Irish law firm’s IP Disputes team in Dublin. The role offers high‑calibre, multi‑jurisdictional litigation work for international and domestic clients across technology, life sciences and consumer goods.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex, multi‑jurisdictional IP disputes.
- Collaborate with in‑house counsel on global IP strategies and travel for client development.
- Mentor junior associates and contribute to practice development.
- Drive thought‑leadership initiatives and support business‑development activities.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor with 3‑6 years PQE specialising in IP law.
- Commercially minded, resilient and client‑focused.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a willingness to engage in business development.
Required skills
- Full‑spectrum IP knowledge: trademarks, patents, copyright, designs, trade secrets.
- Experience handling IP portfolios and filings before IPOI and EUIPO.
- Drafting and negotiating commercial IP agreements, including licensing and assignments.
