International Growth Consultant

About the role

Google is looking for an International Growth Consultant to help its largest customers expand their business across Iberia. You will combine market insight, data‑driven recommendations and a deep understanding of digital advertising to drive international growth.

Key responsibilities

• Consult Google’s biggest clients on international expansion, from market identification to in‑market execution.
• Develop data‑driven business recommendations and shape multi‑market growth strategies.
• Identify and scale innovative growth opportunities across verticals and regions.
• Support clients throughout the export journey, addressing operational challenges such as payments, logistics, localization and customer experience.
• Collaborate with the International Growth Team to foster an inclusive culture and mentor peers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital advertising in a client‑facing role.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience analyzing industry, market, product and organizational data to inform strategy (preferred).
• Additional 2 years in a customer‑facing role (preferred).
