International Recruiter, Operations

About the role

We are looking for an International Recruiter to join our Operations teams, covering Customer Experience, Trust & Safety and Fraud. In this full‑cycle recruiting role you will partner with hiring managers to attract and hire high‑volume talent for a fast‑growing marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for critical Operations roles, managing pipelines of 10‑15+ open positions simultaneously.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, creative channels and talent communities, and screen, interview and close offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to craft job posts, hiring plans and interview rubrics.
• Gather and act on candidate feedback to continuously improve the hiring experience.
• Mentor fellow recruiters, share best practices and help raise recruiting standards across the organization.
• Design and implement scalable recruiting processes and workflows that support rapid growth.
• Champion diversity and inclusive hiring practices to bring varied perspectives to the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a full‑cycle recruiter, preferably in high‑volume or operations environments.
• Strong consultative partnership skills with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
• Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in hiring.
