International Tax Analyst – Dublin

About the role

SpaceX is expanding its Starlink business worldwide and needs an International Tax Analyst to support U.S. and local country tax matters for its subsidiaries. Based in Dublin, you will join the international tax team and work closely with cross‑functional partners to ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate direct and indirect tax returns with external service providers.
• Support month‑end financial reporting and maintain tax records, legal agreements, customs, and transfer pricing documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local tax and e‑invoicing requirements in all Starlink operating jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with operations, commercial, legal, customs, treasury, accounting and finance teams.
• Coordinate tax payments, monitor due dates, calculate amounts and record payments accurately.
• Respond to notices and audits from tax authorities and assist with ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, tax or a related field.
• 2+ years of combined tax experience in public accounting (Big 4) or a multinational corporation.
• Understanding of e‑invoicing, VAT/GST and indirect tax compliance for digital services, satellite communications or imported hardware.
• Familiarity with transfer pricing documentation.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to work extended hours or weekends to meet critical deadlines.
