IT Help Desk Analyst – Dublin (Hybrid)

About the role

PFH Technology is partnering with a Dublin‑based client to hire an ICT Helpdesk Support Analyst. The role provides first‑line technical support, resolves user issues and manages service desk tickets while supporting enterprise mobile platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Helpdesk and Service Desk support to end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and mobile device issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests through the ticketing system.
• Support Android devices, Workspace ONE UEM and Samsung Knox.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge‑base articles.
• Deliver timely issue resolution and excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with technical teams and share knowledge with colleagues.

Required profile

• Minimum three years’ experience in an ICT Helpdesk or Technical Support role.
• NFQ Level 6 qualification or equivalent, with certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL v4.
• Experience supporting Android devices and end‑users.
• Hands‑on experience with Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM and Samsung Knox.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and customer‑service skills.
