IT Integration Architect

About the role

Musgrave is seeking an IT Integration Architect to define, design, and govern integration solutions that enable secure, scalable, and reliable data exchange across its enterprise landscape. The role supports digital transformation, ERP modernisation, and API‑led connectivity while aligning with the overall technology strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own enterprise integration architecture principles, standards, and reference architectures in partnership with strategic vendors.
• Design end‑to‑end integration solutions across on‑premise, cloud, SaaS, and hybrid environments.
• Lead architecture for APIs, event‑driven integrations, messaging, ETL/ELT, and service‑based integrations.
• Provide architectural oversight and governance for integration initiatives and programmes.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure designs are implemented as intended.
• Partner with Enterprise Architects to align integration architecture with overall IT strategy.
• Support major transformation initiatives from an integration perspective.
• Contribute to vendor selection, solution evaluation, and technical assurance.
• Continuously research emerging integration technologies and best practices.
• Act as a technical authority and mentor for integration best practices across IT teams.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to develop solutions and achieve consensus.

Required profile

• Extensive experience designing integration solutions across on‑premise, cloud, SaaS, and hybrid environments.
• Proven ability to lead architecture for APIs, event‑driven, messaging, and ETL/ELT integrations.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration architecture principles, standards, and governance.
• Experience collaborating with delivery teams, enterprise architects, and third‑party partners.
• Track record of supporting large‑scale digital transformation and ERP modernisation projects.
