IT Support Analyst – Cork (On‑site & Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to be the primary on‑site IT presence for our Cork office while also delivering remote support to users across EMEA. The role combines hands‑on deskside assistance with the coordination of regional IT initiatives, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Provide deskside and remote IT support for the Cork location and EMEA users, handling hardware, software and network issues.
• Deploy, configure and maintain Windows and Mac devices, with a focus on Windows for new hires and replacements.
• Assist with office moves, equipment relocations and conference‑room technology (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Yealink).
• Troubleshoot login, SSO, MFA, VPN, wireless and enterprise‑application connectivity problems.
• Collaborate with global server, network and security teams to resolve escalated incidents.
• Track incidents, service requests and assets using ITSM and asset‑management tools.
• Participate in regional roll‑outs, hardware refresh cycles and global IT projects.
• Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to enhance the end‑user experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of corporate IT or end‑user support experience.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with clear communication and ownership of issues.
• Ability to work across multiple countries and cultures.
• Highly organized and able to lift equipment up to 50 lb.
