IT Support Partner

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Partner to join our Galway campus. You will ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems, providing first‑line support to employees and maintaining the underlying infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for PCs, peripheral devices and the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, application, access and connectivity issues both on‑site and remotely.
• Deploy, image, configure and maintain PCs using Windows Autopilot and related tools.
• Manage the hardware asset lifecycle and keep accurate records.
• Assist with onboarding, off‑boarding and employee technology setup.
• Support and maintain servers, networking equipment and related infrastructure.
• Apply cyber‑security best practices and support operational‑technology security for OT devices on site.
• Document incidents, track resolutions and escalate when required.
• Participate in local and enterprise IT projects, roll‑outs and site support activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT support or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organisational and customer‑service orientation.
