IT Support Specialist

About the role

Cyara is looking for a proactive, customer‑focused IT Support Specialist to join its global IT team. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, providing hands‑on support to employees worldwide and ensuring they have the tools needed to be productive.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line IT support for hardware, software, and network issues across the company.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 10/11 and macOS problems, both remotely and on‑site.
• Support wired and wireless network connectivity for end‑users.
• Prioritise and manage support tickets, meeting SLA targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, asset inventories, and onboarding processes.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in IT support or help‑desk environments.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple time zones.
• Based within commuting distance of Skibbereen, Ireland, with regular on‑site attendance.
