IT Systems & Support Analyst

About the role

The IT Systems & Support Analyst will be the primary point of contact for technology services in our Dublin office. You will deliver day‑to‑day support to users, maintain office infrastructure and help optimise enterprise applications across the wider business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site support for laptops, peripherals, conference rooms, connectivity and general IT issues for Dublin users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and access problems, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
• Assist with onboarding, workstation setup and validation of user access.
• Support Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) and other collaboration tools.
• Develop knowledge of enterprise systems such as Workday and Microsoft Power Platform, helping users maximise functionality and improve workflows.
• Participate in workflow configuration, testing, documentation and continuous‑improvement activities, including UAT and issue tracking.
• Maintain office technology operations, including networking, VPN access and workplace technology roll‑outs.
• Escalate infrastructure and security incidents, support security reviews and audit activities.
• Keep IT documentation, SOPs and operational records up to date and facilitate communication between users, vendors and IT leadership.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in systems analysis, IT support or related technology roles.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, clear communication and a proactive mindset.
• Comfort working with both end‑users and technical teams.
