IT Technical Support Internship – Dublin

About the role

We are seeking an IT Technical Support Intern to join our Worldwide Logistic and Supply Chain Centre in Dublin. The role offers hands‑on experience supporting end‑users, troubleshooting hardware and software, and learning enterprise IT platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day helpdesk support for Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, Zoom meeting rooms and common business applications.
• Assist in preparing, configuring and deploying laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot endpoint devices, network connectivity and office IT equipment.
• Handle ServiceNow tickets, incidents and service requests.
• Maintain documentation, asset records and knowledge‑base articles.
• Support small local IT initiatives and improvement projects.
• Contribute simple automation ideas using Power Automate.
• Gain exposure to Workspace ONE, Azure, Active Directory, networking and server infrastructure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Positive attitude, reliability and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in an international team.
