Java Developer – FinTech Payments

About the role

Fiserv is looking for a Java Developer to join its FinTech and payments team. You will help design, build, and maintain high‑quality, scalable, and secure software that powers millions of daily transactions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new and enhance existing web applications and services in the electronic payment domain.
• Define architectural concepts and solution specifications for web applications.
• Collaborate on implementation and maintenance projects, ensuring code quality through unit, component, regression, and integration testing.
• Create monitoring concepts and log outputs for real‑time performance and availability tracking.
• Provide effort estimations and mentor internal and external team members.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics or a comparable field.
• 3‑5 years of professional experience as a Senior Developer, Analyst or Architect in an agile environment.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively and share knowledge with teammates.
