Junior Graphic Designer (Part‑time, On‑site)

About the role

Pennypop, a full‑service marketing agency, is looking for a part‑time Junior Graphic Designer to join its on‑site team in Collon, Co Louth. You will help create visual assets that support digital and print campaigns for a variety of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media graphics, marketing materials and event collateral for both digital and print channels.
• Collaborate with senior designers and account managers to interpret briefs and refine concepts.
• Prepare production‑ready files and ensure brand consistency across all projects.
• Assist in logo and identity development and support brand refresh initiatives.
• Align designs with client goals and project timelines.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in graphic design with the ability to translate ideas into clear visual concepts.
• Experience or training in logo design and branding.
• Understanding of typography and layout principles.
• Portfolio showcasing work across digital and/or print media.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines and openness to feedback.
• Good communication and collaboration skills; able to work on‑site with cross‑functional teams.
• Relevant coursework, certification or a diploma/degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field is preferred.
