Junior Growth Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Growth Marketer to help expand brand visibility and user engagement for a fast‑paced SaaS company. You will work closely with experienced marketers, supporting social media, content distribution, partnerships and online PR initiatives while learning modern growth‑marketing practices.

Key responsibilities

• Publish and engage on social media channels, maintaining a consistent brand presence.
• Assist in managing co‑marketing partnerships with SaaS companies, influencers and industry professionals.
• Research and coordinate participation in industry events, webinars and speaking opportunities.
• Repurpose long‑form content (blogs, webinars, guides) into short‑form assets for social media and newsletters.
• Write and edit marketing copy for product updates, landing pages and announcements.
• Support online PR by identifying media opportunities and submitting pitches.
• Experiment with AI tools, automation workflows and distribution strategies to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent multi‑channel campaign execution.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• 0‑2 years of experience in marketing, communications, growth or related fields (including internships or academic projects).
• High interest in SaaS, digital marketing, product‑led growth and community‑driven strategies.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
