Junior Labour Administrator – Dublin

About the role
The Junior Labour Administrator will support the mobilisation and ongoing management of agency labour across Mercury construction projects in Dublin. This role coordinates labour requirements, engages agencies, arranges interviews and trade testing, and ensures all documentation is accurate and complete.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with project administrators to identify trade staffing requirements for construction projects.
- Set up meetings and interviews with suitable agencies, ensuring compliance with country regulations.
- Collect trade documentation from agencies, including certificates, CVs and skill assessments.
- Schedule trade tests with the Mechanical Trainer Assessor.
- Conduct monthly reviews of HR attendance and punctuality reports against KPIs for all labour agencies and projects.
- Assist in setting up project evaluations for both agency and direct labour.
- Follow up with projects to complete labour evaluations and issue reports to agencies.
- Communicate concerns or grievances raised by agencies and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with Mercury Talent Acquisition and Analytics teams as required.
Required profile
- Legal right to work in Ireland without visa sponsorship.
- Experience coordinating labour or HR administration within construction or similar environments.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail for documentation and reporting.
