About the role

Join Trimble's Galway team as a Junior Logistics Systems Support professional. You will help customers use cutting‑edge Forestry Logistics software, providing assistance through phone, email and chat while ensuring smooth supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

Engage directly with clients via phone, email and chat to deliver a premier service experience.
Operate Trimble Forestry logistics software to manage requests and ensure efficient communication and transaction processes.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues individually or with peers, providing timely resolutions.
Analyze production and logistics data to support planning and process optimisation.

Required profile

Strong technical aptitude with experience using Windows, Microsoft Excel and Teams.
Solid data‑analysis abilities and a customer‑centric mindset.
Excellent communication, teamwork and a positive, empathetic attitude.
