Junior Mobile UX/UI Designer (ASO)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Mobile UX/UI Designer (ASO) to join our partner’s fast‑growing team in Ireland. You will help create high‑performing visual experiences for mobile apps, focusing on app‑store assets, promotional graphics and in‑app interfaces that boost user acquisition and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design complete visual packages for App Store and Google Play listings, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Create ASO and marketing assets such as icons, screenshots, banners, video creatives and store materials.
• Design and refine in‑app experiences, including onboarding flows, splash screens, menus and UI components.
• Develop original visual concepts tailored to product categories, audiences and market trends.
• Produce multiple creative variations and iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to generate graphics, illustrations, characters and videos, improving productivity.
• Research and implement new design technologies, AI solutions and workflow improvements.
• Monitor industry trends in mobile design, ASO and digital marketing to keep assets competitive.
• Contribute to design systems, templates, asset libraries and scalable internal processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic design, mobile design, ASO design or a related creative field.
• Strong proficiency with Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of design principles for App Store and Google Play listings.
• Experience creating mobile app assets such as icons, screenshots, promotional creatives and UI screens.
• Ability to work across different visual styles and adapt quickly to project requirements.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools to support graphic creation and design optimisation.
• Good knowledge of current trends in mobile applications, ASO, digital marketing and user acquisition design.
• Strong research skills.
