Junior Pilot Recruitment Officer

About the role

Ryanair is seeking a Junior Pilot Recruitment Officer to support its rapidly expanding pilot recruitment function. Based at the Dublin headquarters, you will work closely with the Pilot Recruitment Manager and travel across Europe to assess and attract new pilots as the airline doubles its fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and conduct pilot assessments at multiple locations throughout Europe.
• Manage the end‑to‑end pilot recruitment process and maintain the application database.
• Plan and attend pilot roadshows, networking events and act as the primary contact for candidates and partner flight schools.
• Gather market intelligence and promote Ryanair as an employer of choice.
• Collaborate with Flight Operations and Training departments to meet recruitment targets.
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• 1+ year of recruitment or HR experience (or recent graduate with relevant experience).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
