Junior Product Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Product Designer to join our Product Design team in Ireland. You will collaborate with product, engineering, data and commercial teams to create player‑centred experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver clear, usable and accessible designs for web and mobile using Figma.
• Create wireframes, user flows and high‑fidelity mock‑ups, adhering to the Gaming design system.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, data and research insights.
• Work with Product Managers and Engineers to translate user problems and business goals into testable solutions.
• Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders throughout the design process, participating in critiques and ensuring proper hand‑off documentation.
• Embed accessibility and inclusive design practices into all work.
• Support user research activities such as usability testing and insight gathering.
• Suggest improvements to the design system and contribute to its evolution.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience designing digital products, or equivalent experience through internships or education.
• Strong curiosity about player needs, motivations and behaviours.
• Ability to ask thoughtful questions, take ownership of work and follow through on delivery.
• Willingness to learn from others and contribute to a supportive team environment.
