About the role

Archer is looking for a motivated Junior Recruitment Consultant to join its fast‑growing Irish team. You will specialise in IT recruitment, managing the full delivery process for clients across a range of industries while shaping your own career path.

Key responsibilities

• Own an IT specialism and build strong relationships with client organisations.
• Source, screen and present top IT talent to meet client requirements.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, from brief to offer acceptance.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the ATS.
• Contribute to business development activities and market research.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in any sector.
• Third‑level degree (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills and a resilient, determined mindset.
• Willingness to learn recruitment techniques and IT market dynamics.
