We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our fast‑growing IT recruitment team in Dublin. The role offers full training and a clear progression path, allowing you to develop expertise in talent acquisition while contributing to client success from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for our IT clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the Irish market and beyond.
• Source and engage high‑quality candidates in the technology sector.
• Deliver a smooth, high‑impact recruitment service for each client.
• Negotiate offers and close placements.
• Meet and exceed defined KPIs and recruitment targets.
• Support the overall growth of the consultancy.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in any field (recruitment training provided).
• Proactive, go‑getter attitude with a strong desire to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence when engaging with people.
• Results‑driven mindset focused on high performance.
