Junior Recruitment Consultant – Project Coordination Focus

About the role

Archer is looking for a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join its growing team. You will combine your project coordination experience with a focus on technology recruitment across Ireland and Europe, building lasting relationships with both clients and top IT talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own a specific technology market and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Consult with client organisations to understand hiring needs and deliver high‑calibre candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and top IT professionals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in professional services, preferably in a Project Coordinator or Management role.
• Experience in a client‑facing or customer‑service environment is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
