About the role

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant you will join a fast‑paced, high‑energy team focused on healthcare recruitment. Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with client organisations and candidate talent.
• Manage recruitment vacancies from inception to placement, ensuring a seamless process.
• Screen, interview and shortlist candidates for positions within the healthcare sector.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to learn best practices and improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of professional experience in any industry (recruitment experience not required).
