Junior Systems Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Systems Administrator to join our busy internal IT team in Dundalk. This full‑time permanent role offers hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows environments, device deployment and core infrastructure, working alongside seasoned IT professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Support user onboarding, off‑boarding and account management.
• Manage Active Directory / Entra ID accounts and permissions.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and cloud services.
• Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Configure and deploy devices using Intune and modern management tools.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Help with Windows Server administration and routine system maintenance.
• Perform monitoring, security checks and maintain IT documentation and asset records.

Required profile

• Qualification in IT, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in IT support, helpdesk or a technical environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
