About the role

We are looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to lead our online marketplace strategy across Europe. The role will focus on managing large retail clients, expanding our presence on major platforms and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with large retail accounts, negotiating commercial terms and tracking KPIs per channel and market.
• Open, develop and optimise presence on key marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Zalando, Allegro, bol.com, Cdiscount, OTTO, ManoMano and other European platforms.
• Create and optimise product listings, including titles, descriptions, internal SEO, images and A+ content, and organise catalogue structure.
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion and other performance indicators; prepare forecasts, analyse trends and propose data‑driven improvements.
• Handle daily operations such as stock availability, incident resolution and compliance with platform policies, coordinating with logistics, marketing and customer service.
• Participate in departmental and inter‑departmental meetings, weekly client negotiation reviews, and oversee invoicing, growth and profitability of accounts.

Required profile

• Degree or higher education in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in account management, B2B/B2C sales or marketplace development.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.

Required skills

• Marketplace platform management (Amazon, eBay, etc.).
• Listing optimisation and internal SEO.
