Key Account Manager (North Dublin)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to act as the company’s ambassador in North Dublin. You will own the day‑to‑day management of our most important clients, ensuring service delivery meets agreed SLAs while driving EBITDA growth and strengthening our reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary contact for all operational matters and act as the “voice of the customer” internally.
• Engage with customer development teams to ensure contracted services meet quality and performance standards.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, service levels and resolve concerns promptly.
• Communicate flight‑report status and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams including operations, finance, IT, HR and supply chain.
• Liaise with department and general managers to support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with contractual obligations, governance processes and drive revenue protection and growth.
• Coordinate performance reviews, presentations and customer visits.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting across the business.
• Maintain contract profitability (EBIT level) and oversee tender submissions without commercial issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management or commercial roles.
• Aviation or FMCG industry experience preferred.
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and persuasive attitude.
• Strong organisational and follow‑up capabilities.
• Ability to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.
