Key Lead - Hollister, Blanchardstown

About the role

The Key Lead ensures every customer receives a quality in-store experience. Acting as Floor Supervisor, the role guides and coaches Brand Reps and Stock Associates so that store operations run effectively. It is part of the store leadership team, driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines
• Operate register and point-of-sale systems
• Fulfill omni-channel orders
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales
• Build and maintain visual displays
• Analyse reporting to inform decisions
• Protect store assets and carry out inventory control
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
• No supervisory or management experience required
• Availability on Saturdays and Sundays and certain holidays, with at least 20 hours per week; hours increase during peak times

• Strong customer focus and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of current fashion trends
• Adaptability, flexibility and ability to balance multiple tasks
• Detail orientation, initiative and strong work ethic
