Key Leader – Full Time Retail Store Management

About the role

The Key Leader role is a core part of the store leadership team at lululemon, responsible for driving an outstanding guest experience and overseeing daily retail floor operations. This full‑time position in Cork requires leading by example, supporting Educators, and ensuring the store meets performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and provide feedback to team members, supporting their learning and career growth.
• Recognise performance, conduct gap assessments and document performance outcomes.
• Maintain and share product knowledge and company updates through appropriate channels.
• Plan sales‑floor coverage, manage staffing efficiency and ensure smooth operations.
• Deliver technical product education, guide guests through purchases, returns and omnichannel services such as buy‑online/pick‑up‑in‑store.
• Resolve guest feedback and escalations to ensure a positive experience.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment that celebrates differences.

Required profile
