About the role
The Q Cafe Company is looking for an enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join its North Dublin unit. This full‑time, weekday position involves maintaining cleanliness and supporting the kitchen team in a fast‑paced catering environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Clean, sanitise and store crockery, cutlery, kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Accept, check and store deliveries correctly.
- Keep all storage areas clean, organised and safe.
- Segregate waste and recycling according to company procedures and manage waste records.
- Support the kitchen team with general duties as required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
