Kitchen Porter – Full‑time/Part‑time

About the role

As a Kitchen Porter at Sprout you will support the culinary team by keeping the kitchen clean, safe and ready for service. No prior experience is required – a positive attitude and strong work ethic are key.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the kitchen for the day’s service and assist chefs as needed.
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure every surface, equipment and corner is spotless.
• Adhere strictly to food safety and allergen protocols.
• Support the General Manager in maintaining health and safety standards.
• Provide extra help during busy periods, especially the lunch rush.

• Curious and eager to learn new tasks.
• Detail‑oriented with a pride in cleanliness.
• Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions in English.
