Kitchen Porter

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Porter to join the back‑of‑house team at the Conrad Dublin, a 5‑star hotel in Ireland. You will play a key part in maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, supporting the culinary team to deliver the high standards expected by our luxury guests.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties throughout the kitchen and back‑of‑house areas.
• Operate pot‑washing machinery safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all work areas comply with health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as required.
• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and report any equipment issues.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar kitchen porter or dishwasher role.
• Motivated to create memorable experiences for guests.
• Luxury‑mindset with attention to detail and guest‑focused attitude.
• Team player who is collaborative, flexible and dynamic.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Operation of pot‑washing machinery.
