Kitchen Porter

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Porter to join our team at Carluccio’s. In this role you will support our chefs and ensure the kitchen remains clean, safe and ready for service.

Key responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, cookware and maintain all kitchen equipment.
• Keep work surfaces, floors and storage areas tidy and sanitary.
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation and organise deliveries.
• Manage waste and recycling in line with health‑and‑safety standards.
• Restock ingredients and supplies to keep the kitchen operational.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to health and safety guidelines.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to support kitchen staff.

Required skills

• Experience using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Basic understanding of food safety and waste handling procedures.
