Kitchen Porter

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Kitchen Porter to join the busy kitchen team at the Ardilaun Hotel. You will support the chef and kitchen staff by keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and fully stocked, helping us deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to maintain a spotless work environment.
• Prepare and restock food supplies as directed by the chef.
• Clean and maintain kitchen appliances and work areas.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
• Participate in daily cleaning and closing tasks with the kitchen team.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the chef or kitchen management.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in a kitchen environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong team player who follows instructions accurately.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
