Kitchen Porter

About the role

The Conrad Dublin, a 5‑star Hilton Luxury hotel, is looking for a motivated Kitchen Porter to keep its kitchen and dining areas spotless. You will play a vital part in delivering the high‑standard hospitality experience that guests expect from a luxury hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and polish all serviceware, including chinaware, silverware, pots, pans and cooking utensils.
• Monitor and replenish stock levels of cleaning supplies and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain overall kitchen cleanliness through mopping, waste removal and routine sanitation.
• Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets, functions and daily service.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene protocols, handling hazardous substances safely.
• Report any hazards, maintenance issues or equipment faults to the supervisor promptly.
• Assist in training new team members on cleaning procedures and safety standards.
